This resort is divided into two sections: Luna and Mares. It was completely renovated in 2009. We stayed at this hotel in February 2005. As the two sections are accessible to all customers, there is a wide choice of restaurants and bars.
Direct access to the best beach of Holguin, Playa Esmeralda. 800 meters of fine white sand. This resort occupies much of the beach. As all beaches in Cuba, you can walk freely. There is no private beach in the country.
It is possible to do snorkeling in the area of Playa Esmeralda Holguin. The best spot is the beach area of the Paradisus hotel. There are some pretty bouquets of coral and many colorful fish.
