Direct access to « Playa Covarrubias » beach. This hotel is located in the neighboring province of Las Tunas. The journey takes about 2 hours 30 minutes by bus from the airport of Holguin. This hotel has been renovated recently following the passage of Hurricane Ike in September 2008. The appreciation of this hotel has improved since the renovations.
This hotel is for people who seek tranquility in a secluded location. The nearest village « Puerto Padre » is located 45 minutes from the Brisas Covarrubias. Unfortunately, we have not had the chance to visit this hotel.
As everywhere in Cuba, topless is allowed on the beach. We have heard that it was possible to enjoy sunbathing « Au Natural » away from the resort, past a small inlet. We will confirm this information.
